Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAFP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,457 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARAFP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytochrome complex assembly, Regulation of calcium ion transport, and Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with ARAFP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAFP2-to-partner and partner-to-ARAFP2 results are reported.
