AQR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,214 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTF1, SRP14, and SDF2L1. Each is linked with AQR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQR-to-partner and partner-to-AQR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQR versus RTF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
