AQR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,123 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM97, RFC5, and LIN9. Each is linked with AQR in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQR-to-partner and partner-to-AQR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQR versus TMEM97 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
