AQR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bid, STAT3_pY705, and TFRC. Each is linked with AQR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQR-to-partner and partner-to-AQR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bid grouped by AQR-low versus AQR-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
