AQR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AQR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,190 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM160A1, HSP90AB1, and OR2B3. Each is linked with AQR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQR-to-partner and partner-to-AQR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM160A1 grouped by AQR-low versus AQR-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
