AQP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ATM, and Caveolin-1. Each is linked with AQP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP7-to-partner and partner-to-AQP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by AQP7-low versus AQP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
