AQP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AQP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,482 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to ketone, Leukotriene B4 catabolic process, and Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with AQP7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP7-to-partner and partner-to-AQP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to ketone grouped by AQP7-low versus AQP7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
