AQP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 458 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF1P10, RNU2-61P, and METTL1P1. Each is linked with AQP6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP6-to-partner and partner-to-AQP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF1P10 grouped by AQP6-low versus AQP6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
