AQP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,948 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, ATP6V1D, and TIMM9. Each is linked with AQP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP4-to-partner and partner-to-AQP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by AQP4-low versus AQP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
