AQP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,755 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNASEH2B, SGSM3, and SLC9A3R2. Each is linked with AQP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP3-to-partner and partner-to-AQP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQP3 versus RNASEH2B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
