AQP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,322 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERVMER34-1, CCNE1, and CENPF. Each is linked with AQP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP3-to-partner and partner-to-AQP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQP3 versus ERVMER34-1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
