AQP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1F, DDX18P4, and LINC00534. Each is linked with AQP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP3-to-partner and partner-to-AQP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1F grouped by AQP3-low versus AQP3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
