AQP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,051 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC134, HMGXB4, and THOC5. Each is linked with AQP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP2-to-partner and partner-to-AQP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQP2 versus CCDC134 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
