AQP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP457, RNU6-973P, and SNORD31B. Each is linked with AQP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP2-to-partner and partner-to-AQP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP457 grouped by AQP2-low versus AQP2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
