Across TCGA cell cohorts, AQP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 981 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Flagellated sperm motility, Sperm motility, and Response to arsenic-containing substance. Each is linked with AQP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP2-to-partner and partner-to-AQP2 results are reported.
