Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AQP10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AQP10 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher AQP10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AQP10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SCLC, STAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where AQP10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
