AQP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 738 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP188, RNU6-419P, and LINC00293. Each is linked with AQP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP1-to-partner and partner-to-AQP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP188 grouped by AQP1-low versus AQP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
