APTX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APTX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APTX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL479P, RNMTL1P2, and RPSAP35. Each is linked with APTX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APTX-to-partner and partner-to-APTX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL479P grouped by APTX-low versus APTX-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APTX→partner) and Y-score (partner→APTX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
