APTX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APTX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APTX-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C8, GFRA4, and OR2M5. Each is linked with APTX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APTX-to-partner and partner-to-APTX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C8 grouped by APTX-low versus APTX-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APTX→partner) and Y-score (partner→APTX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
