Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APRT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,207 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHMP1A, ZNF286B, and TRADD. Each is linked with APRT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APRT-to-partner and partner-to-APRT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→APRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
