Across TCGA patient cohorts, APRT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC13, DFFA, and CDK5. Each is linked with APRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APRT-to-partner and partner-to-APRT results are reported.
