Across TCGA cell cohorts, APRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,668 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APRT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA thio-modification, tRNA wobble position uridine thiolation, and Vesicle uncoating. Each is linked with APRT in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APRT-to-partner and partner-to-APRT results are reported.
