APPL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APPL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,125 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA0232, SAP130, and SMARCC2. Each is linked with APPL2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APPL2-to-partner and partner-to-APPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APPL2 versus KIAA0232 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
