Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APPL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,646 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APPL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN11, CLASP1, and CAND1. Each is linked with APPL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APPL2-to-partner and partner-to-APPL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APPL2 versus PTPN11 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
