APPL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APPL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,020 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSBP1, KIF18A, and GINS2. Each is linked with APPL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APPL2-to-partner and partner-to-APPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APPL2 versus SSBP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
