APP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,334 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POFUT2, CHPF, and PGM2L1. Each is linked with APP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APP-to-partner and partner-to-APP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APP versus POFUT2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APP→partner) and Y-score (partner→APP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
