APP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD247, LYZ, and IRF4. Each is linked with APP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APP-to-partner and partner-to-APP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APP versus CD247 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APP→partner) and Y-score (partner→APP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
