Across TCGA cell cohorts, APP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,326 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament depolymerization, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced neuron intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with APP in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APP-to-partner and partner-to-APP results are reported.
