APOOL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOOL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,772 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOOL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HTATSF1, EVI2B, and RNF5. Each is linked with APOOL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOOL-to-partner and partner-to-APOOL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOOL versus HTATSF1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOOL→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOOL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
