APOOL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOOL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,005 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOOL-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF11, KIF14, and NCAPH. Each is linked with APOOL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOOL-to-partner and partner-to-APOOL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOOL versus KIF11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOOL→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOOL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
