APOOL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOOL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,831 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOOL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6864, RNU1-17P, and TRAJ10. Each is linked with APOOL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOOL-to-partner and partner-to-APOOL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6864 grouped by APOOL-low versus APOOL-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOOL→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOOL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
