Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,061 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOO-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELK3, DSE, and SYDE1. Each is linked with APOO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOO-to-partner and partner-to-APOO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOO→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
