APONP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APONP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,837 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APONP-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBQLN4P2, KIF2B, and PRR23B. Each is linked with APONP in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APONP-to-partner and partner-to-APONP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APONP versus UBQLN4P2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.99.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APONP→partner) and Y-score (partner→APONP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
