APOM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,620 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, SUPT6H, and RPRD2. Each is linked with APOM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOM-to-partner and partner-to-APOM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOM→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
