APOM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,482 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOM-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL6, CD93, and LYVE1. Each is linked with APOM in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOM-to-partner and partner-to-APOM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOM→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
