The most reproducible APOL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1252P, CDK2AP2P3, and RPSAP24. Each is linked with APOL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL6-to-partner and partner-to-APOL6 results are reported.
