APOL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,078 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PSMB9, and PSME1. Each is linked with APOL3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL3-to-partner and partner-to-APOL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOL3 versus PSMB10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
