Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,301 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC3H, ETV7, and GRAP2. Each is linked with APOL3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL3-to-partner and partner-to-APOL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOL3 versus APOBEC3H in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
