APOL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, MIG-6, and GSK-3_pS9. Each is linked with APOL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL3-to-partner and partner-to-APOL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by APOL3-low versus APOL3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
