Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,858 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Cytolysis in another organism. Each is linked with APOL3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL3-to-partner and partner-to-APOL3 results are reported.
