APOL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOL3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,167 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL4A4, ECD, and ICAM1. Each is linked with APOL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL3-to-partner and partner-to-APOL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COL4A4 grouped by APOL3-low versus APOL3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
