APOL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,003 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL2, IFI35, and UBE2L6. Each is linked with APOL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL1-to-partner and partner-to-APOL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOL1 versus APOL2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
