Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,102 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen, and Viral protein processing. Each is linked with APOL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL1-to-partner and partner-to-APOL1 results are reported.
