Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, APOH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated APOH data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher APOH Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated APOH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where APOH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
