APOE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARVG, ITGAX, and LCP2. Each is linked with APOE in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOE-to-partner and partner-to-APOE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOE versus PARVG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOE→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
