Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,115 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOE-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2A1, LAIR1, and MSR1. Each is linked with APOE in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOE-to-partner and partner-to-APOE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOE versus BCL2A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOE→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
