APOD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,668 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC32, EBF2, and PHYHIP. Each is linked with APOD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOD-to-partner and partner-to-APOD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOD→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
