APOC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,820 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOBR, MYCBP2_S2319, and NCKAP1L. Each is linked with APOC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC2-to-partner and partner-to-APOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOC2 versus APOBR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
