APOC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM197Y1, TAF9P1, and RNU6-1236P. Each is linked with APOC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC2-to-partner and partner-to-APOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM197Y1 grouped by APOC2-low versus APOC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
