APOC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 140 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC15A3, C1orf127, and MIGA2. Each is linked with APOC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC2-to-partner and partner-to-APOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOC2 versus SLC15A3 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
